to file electronically

If you are not currently enrolled with our online service, you'll need to create
a user account.

L1 Lobbyist Registration
Login
Lobbyist employers must sign L1's submitted by a lobbyist they employ.
Identifies lobbyist and employer. Indicates employment status and financial arrangements.
Shows general subject areas of expected lobbying activities. Due Date: Within 30
days of employment as lobbyist or before lobbying, whichever occurs first.
L3 Employer's Report
Login
Shows the total expenditures of the employer for lobbying. Includes information
not required of the lobbyist(s). Anyone who employed a lobbyist during calendar
year 2006 should file the L3 report. This includes lobbyists who hired or contracted
with other lobbyists.
Due Date: By last day of February. Covers preceding calendar year.
