Lists expenses of sponsors of lobbying campaigns designed to gain public support
for their positions. Includes list of contributors to these campaigns.
Due Date: Within 30 days of becoming a sponsor of a grass roots lobbying campaign.
Thereafter, sponsors file monthly reports on the 10th of the month covering the
preceding calendar month. On the final report show that the activity is concluded.
