Bob Holman and Bill Verwolf, Case #98-405, alleged violation of RCW 42.17.130, using
the facilities of the City of Monroe to promote a local referendum.

38th District Democrats, Case #99-080, found to have violated RCW 42.17.080 and
.090 and assessed a penalty of $2500.
