10:00 a.m. Enforcement Matters

Bob Holman and Bill Verwolf, Case #98-405, alleged violation of RCW 42.17.130, using the facilities of the City of Monroe to promote a local referendum.

10:30 a.m. Requests for Reconsideration

38th District Democrats, Case #99-080, found to have violated RCW 42.17.080 and .090 and assessed a penalty of $2500.

Requests for Review

Sandy Elliot, Case #00-410, assessed a penalty of $50.00 for violating RCW 42.17.050 and .240.
