  1. Possible adoption of emergency rules amending WAC 390-16-011, Registration Statement for Political Committees (C-1pc), and WAC 390-16-012, Registration Statement for Candidates (C-1), regarding records open for public inspection during the eight days before an election.

  2. Discussion of initiating rule-making (11KB in PDF format) regarding:

    1. Establishing goals for prompt access to campaign and lobbying reports contained in SB 6775 (Chapter 237, Laws of 2000);

    2. Reporting of field trips and other excursions by lobbyists and persons filing Personal Financial Affairs Statements;

    3. WAC 390-24-010, Forms for Statement of Financial Affairs, to eliminate the need to identify dependent children who have no reportable income or assets;
