Description
The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) staff allege Michael Novakovich, an incumbent East Valley School Director, failed to timely file an annual Personal
Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 Report), for calendar year 2015 due no later than April 15, 2016, in violation of RCW 42.17A.700.
Mr. Novakovich filed the missing F-1 report, completed the Statement of Understanding, and paid a $100 to avoid the hearing.
