Allegation Two: Violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file your Personal Financial Statement (F-1 report) within two weeks of becoming a candidate or no later than June 4, 2021
At the February 17, 2022 brief enforcement hearing, the Presiding Officer found a violation of RCW 42.17A.205 and .700 and assessed a $400 penalty, of which $200 is suspended if the conditions of the Initial Order are met.
