Description

On October 13, 2014, Casey Cooper and Anna Unruh filed complaints alleging that a group calling itself Grant County Concerned Voters failed to include proper sponsor identification on political advertising supporting Angus Lee and opposing Garth Dano in the 2014 race for Grant County Prosecutor, and that the group failed to register and report as a political committee or file a report of electioneering communication.  On October 14, 2014, Ms. Unruh also alleged that Grant County Concerned Voters failed to include proper sponsor identification or report the expenditures for a mailer supporting Dani Bolyard and opposing Tom Dent, both candidates for State Representative in the 13th Legislative District.  The complaints were investigated as Case 2138.
