Description
The complaint alleged that the Int'l Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers PAC violated RCW 42.17A.250 by failing to file a C-5 report for a contribution made by an an out-of-state committee to a Washington Statewide Candidate in 2016.
PDC staff's review determined that the Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers PAC timely filed the C-5 report as required for an out-of-state political committee. Based on that information, the PDC dismissed the complaint in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
