Description
A complaint filed by Angela Strege on August 7, 2013 alleged that Tacoma School District No. 10 Officials may have violated RCW 42.17A.555 by using school district facilities to promote passage of Proposition 1, a ballot measure on the February 12, 2013 special election ballot. In addition, a complaint filed by Robert Jesse Hill on January 7, 2014 alleged that Tacoma School District No. 10 officials may have violated RCW 42.17A.555 by using school district facilities to promote passage of Propositions 1 and 2, ballot measures on the February 11, 2014 special election ballot. The two complaints have been consolidated into Case 2125.
