Description
The complaints alleged that a publication entitled the "Rain Shadow Report" may have violated RCW 42.17A by failing to disclose an independent expenditure or electioneering communication, and by failing to include sponsor ID on political advertising for a publication that was sent to all registered voters containing information about 2017 candidates for Yakima City Council District #4 in July of 2017.
