Description
The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) has completed its review of the complaint filed by the Washington State Democrats on January 31, 2018. The complaint alleged that the Kittitas County Republicans may have violated Chapter 42.17A RCW for failure to timely report contributions, expenditures, and committee officers, failure to timely deposit contributions, and unauthorized expenditures.
The PDC has closed the matter, and will not be conducting a more formal investigation into the complaint or pursuing further enforcement action in this case.
