By December 26, 2018, the PDC received the Committee for Judicial Readiness's payment of a $450 civil penalty and signed Statement of Understanding acknowledging violations of:

1. RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for failing to timely file C-3 reports disclosing monetary contributions 
received. 
2. RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for failing to timely file C-4 reports disclosing contribution and 
expenditure activities. 
3. RCW 42.17A.260 for failing to timely file C-6 reports disclosing independent expenditures 
undertaken in opposition to John Sheeran.

Having received the signed Statement of Understanding, the PDC dismissed this case without pursuing further enforcement or fines.
