Description
The complaint alleged Our Olympic Communities Enterprise Washington (Committee) violated RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 by failing to timely and accurately disclose contributions, expenditures, loans and debts, specifically the Committee failed to report payment of a $9,100 debt.
PDC staff reviewed the allegations, evidence you provided, applicable statutes and rules and the response provided by Tom Perry, Treasurer for Enterprise Washington, to determine whether the record supports a finding of one or more violations.
Based on the review and the fact the $9,100 was not spent by the Committee as alleged, staff has determined, in this instance, the alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 by failing to timely and accurately disclose contributions, expenditures, loans and debts, specifically the allegation the Committee failed to report payment of a $9,100 debt, does not amount to a violation warranting further investigation.
Based on this information, the PDC finds that no further action is warranted and has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
