A lobbyist employer is anyone who pays a lobbyist, reimburses a lobbyist for expenditures, provides funds for the lobbyist's use or furnishes other consideration to or on behalf of a lobbyist.  Employers and their lobbyists are registered for a biennium.  An employer reports compensation and expenditures annually for a calendar year.

Why do some lobbyist employer names have links and others don't? The employers who haven't yet submitted a final L3 for the calendar year are not linked, as no final report has been received by the PDC.
