A lobbyist employer, found to have violated RCW 42.17A.630 by failing to file an Annual Lobbyist Employer Report (L-3 Report) for calendar year 2020 due no later than March 1, 2021, during a brief enforcement hearing that was conducted on July 1, 2021.
Annual F-1 Filers
Elected or appointed officials, found to have violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement covering calendar year 2020 and due no later than April 15, 2021, during a brief enforcement hearing that was conducted on July 15, 2021.
Requests for Review (2021 Candidates)
Candidates for the 2021 election, found to have violated RCW 42.17A.205 for failure to timely file a Candidate Registration (C-1 report) and RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) within two weeks of becoming a candidate or no later than June 4, 2021, during a brief enforcement hearing that was conducted on August 12, 2021.
The Commission may deliberate in closed session on any enforcement matter on this agenda, or any matters listed in RCW 42.30.140.
