Trying to file a C-4 report only to find you have no C-4 reporting periods available?
 
When beginning a new ORCA campaign, one often forgets to populate the necessary C-4 reporting periods. Just follow these simple directions to create or add more.
 
In your new ORCA candidate or committee campaign:
  1. Click FILE>COMMITTEE INFORMATION>C-4 REPORTING PERIODS.
  2. Select the Election your committee will be participating in or the Ballot on which the candidate’s name will appear. ORCA will populate the standard reporting periods for the type of election you’ve selected. 
To add more C-4 reporting periods:
  1. Click FILE>COMMITTEE INFORMATION>C-4 REPORTING PERIODS.
  2. Select “Unknown Ballot” and then select “Create Custom Reporting Periods.”
  3. Click “EDIT CUSTOM PERIODS.”
  4. Click APPEND to add reporting periods, adjusting number of periods as needed. Click OK.
