Description

The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) has completed its review of the complaint filed by Erik Sweet on January 29, 2018. The complaint alleged that 4RKids  may have violated WAC 390-16-125 for exceeding mini-reporting limitations without Commission authorization, and RCW 42.17A.235 for failure to report contributions and expenditures after exceeding mini-reporting limits.

Based on our findings, staff has determined that in this instance, no evidence supports a finding of a material violation warranting further investigation.

The PDC has closed the matter, and will not be conducting a more formal investigation into the complaint or pursuing further enforcement action in this case.
