This complaint was filed with the Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) on November 29, 2017. The Complaint alleged that Gerry Pollet's 2016 Campaign for State Representative may have violated RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 by failing to accurately and timely report contributions (C-3 reports), expenditures (C-4 reports) and debt.
PDC staff reviewed the allegations listed in the complaint in light of PDC laws and rules and found that Gerry Pollet filed four C-4 and seven C-3 reports late. Mr. Pollet also failed to timely and accurately report debt and breakdown expenditures. Although Mr. Pollet failed to accurately and timely report contributions, expenditures and debt, staff found no evidence of a material violation that would require conducting a more formal investigation or pursuing enforcement action.
Case closed with a warning letter.
