PDC Staff Complaint as part of 2015 Candidate Group Enforcement
Description
A Brief Enforcement hearing was held August 13, 2015, involving Brian Moody, an incumbent East Sound Parks and Recreation Commissioner and a candidate seeking re-election to that office in 2015, in which he was found in violation of RCW 42.17A.205 for failing to timely file a Candidate Registration (C-1 report) within two weeks of declaring his candidacy.
Mr. Moody was assessed a $100 penalty, of which $75 was suspended on the conditions that he pay the $25 non-suspended portion of the penalty within 30 days, and commits no violations for four years from the date of the order.
