The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) staff alleges that Sandra Shirley, an incumbent School Director for the Orting School District, failed to file an annual Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 Report), due no later than April 15, 2016, disclosing financial activities for CY 2015, in violation of RCW 42.17A.700.
At the January 20, 2017, Brief Enforcement hearing, the Presiding Officer found Ms. Shirley violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to file an F-1 report for CY 2015, and assessed a civil penalty of $250 in accordance with WAC 390-37-160, which is payable within 30 days of the date of the Order. 

Ms. Shirley is seeking a reconsideration by the Commission of the final Order entered in a Brief Adjudicative Proceeding (Brief Enforcement Hearing) held on January 20, 2017 in PDC Case 10082. Her reconsideration request is scheduled for the August 24, 2017 Commission meeting.
