Description
This case alleged a violation of RCW 42.17A.700 for failure to timely file an annually required Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 report) for calendar year 2021.
At a September 22, 2022 Enforcement hearing, the Commission found a violation of .700 and assessed a total civil penalty of $2,000, of which $1,000 is suspended, in accordance with WAC 390-37-182, if the missing F-1 report is filed and the other conditions of the Order are timely met.
