Description

  • Allegation: violations of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for failing to identify the names and other required information for contributors who gave their written approval to use their contributions, originally given to further Bob Ferguson's campaign for Attorney General, to further the Respondent’s 2024 campaign for Governor. On December 7, 2023, a hearing on staff's report on the matter was held. On December 20, 2023, the Commission issued a Final Order that accepted a Stipulation signed by the Ferguson campaign and PDC staff and dismissed the two complaints that had been filed.
