Description

The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) completed its review of a complaint filed with the PDC. 

Background and Findings
  • The committee is registered with the PDC as a Continuing Committee for the Full Reporting option.
  • C-4 #110347822, for the period February 1 through 28, 2026, due March 10, 2026, was submitted 6 days late on March 16, 2026. The report identified $10,305.30 in wages/salaries to Stand for Children, Inc.
  • C-4 #110280212, for the period March 1 through 31, 2025, due April 10, 2025, was submitted timely but did not provide sub vendor details as required by WAC 390-16-037 & 205. The report was amended on April 9, 2026.
  • The late report was filed within 21 days of due date but more than 21 days prior to an election. There were fewer than three late reports cited in the complaint. The ancillary allegations were limited to expenditure or sub vendor detail. The Respondent has no prior warnings or violations.
​​Summary and Resolution
Having reviewed the complaint and the supporting evidence, PDC staff has determined that you appear to have violated Title 29B. After consideration of all the circumstances, further proceedings would not serve the purposes of the Fair Campaign Practices Act. Under WAC 390-37-070, the executive director, at any time prior to consideration by the Commission, may dismiss a complaint which on its face, or as shown by investigation, provides reason to believe that a violation has occurred, but also shows that the respondent is in substantial compliance with the relevant statutes or rules, or shows that formal enforcement action is not warranted. 
 
Based on this, the PDC has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 29B.60.020 and WAC 390-37-060(1)(d). PDC staff is reminding you about the importance of timely and accurate reporting. You are expected to comply with PDC statutes and rules in the future.
