PDC staff allege that, during the period of Oct. 3 – Nov. 1, 2024, Respondent SEIU Healthcare 1199 NW PAC violated (1) RCW 42.17A.235 and 42.17A.240 by failing to timely report expenditures and (2) RCW 42.17.265 by failing to file a special report when making a contribution of $1,500 or more during the 21 days prior to an election.
