Description
The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) staff allege that Hector Aparicio, an incumbent School Director for the Brewster School District,failed to timely file a Personal
Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 Report) due by April 15, 2016 for calendar year 2015, in violation of RCW 42.17A.700.
Mr. Aparicio filed the missing F-1 report, completed the Statement of Understanding, and paid a $100 penalty to avoid the hearing.
