The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) staff allege that Seth Brickey-Smith, student Trustee Regent at Western Washington University, failed to file an annual Personal
Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 Report), in violation of RCW 42.17A.700.
Closed Administratively since Mr. Brickey-Smith's term of office ended June 30, 2016, prior to the warning letters being mailed out.
