Description

The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) staff alleges that Mr. Bryant, an incumbent School Director, failed to file an annual Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 Report), due no later than April 15, 2016, disclosing financial activities for CY 2015, in violation of RCW 42.17A.700.

 

At the January 20, 2017, Brief Enforcement hearing, the Presiding Officer found Mr. Bryant violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to timely file an F-1 report for CY 2015, and assessed a civil penalty of $150 in accordance with WAC 390-37-160, of which the entire $150 is suspended on the condition that he commits no further violations of RCW 42.17A or WAC 390 for a period of four years from the date of this Order.
