Description: 

The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) staff alleges that Katherine Davis, an incumbent School Director for the Hockinson School District, failed to timely file an annual Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 Report), due no later than April 15, 2016, disclosing financial activities for CY 2015, in violation of RCW 42.17A.700.
 
At the January 20, 2017, Brief Enforcement hearing, the Presiding Officer found Ms. Davis violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to timely file an F-1 report for CY 2015, and assessed a civil penalty of $150 in accordance with WAC 390-37-160, that is payable within 30 days of the date of this Order.   Ms. Davis requested a reconsideration of the $150 penalty assessed against her, and at the April 27, 2017, the Commission granted her request and suspended the $150 penalty for four years pending no further violations of RCW 42.17A. or WAC 390 from the date of the Order.
