Description
The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) staff alleges that George Spear, an incumbent Water Commissioner for the Malaga Water District, failed to timely file an annual Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 Report), due no later than April 15, 2016, disclosing financial activities for CY 2015, in violation of RCW 42.17A.700.
At the January 20, 2017, Brief Enforcement hearing, the Presiding Officer dismissed the allegation against Mr. Spear since he did not receive proper notice of the warning letter based on the mitigating factors he provided in his letter.
