Description
The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) staff alleges that Bradley Toft, an incumbent City Council member for the City of Snoqualmie, failed to timely file an annual Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1 Report), due no later than April 15, 2016, disclosing financial activities for CY 2015, in violation of RCW 42.17A.700.
At the January 20, 2017, Brief Enforcement hearing, the Presiding Officer found Mr. Toft violated RCW 42.17A.700 by failing to timely ile an F-1 report for CY 2015, and assessed a civil penalty of $150 in accordance with WAC 390-37-160, that is payable within 30 days of the date of this Order.
