The complaint alleged that on October 21, 2015, Mike Cassinelli, Mayor of Ilwaco, violated RCW 42.17.555 by attending a weekly meeting with fire fighters at the City of Ilwaco Fire Station, and at that meeting he endorsed a member of the fire department and current Ilwaco City Councilmember Gary Forner for his re-election to position #5.
