Description
The complaint alleged that Steven Fields, a 2017 candidate for Redmond City Council, failed to file a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F1 report) within two weeks of becoming a candidate, after an article in the Redmond Reporter wrote an article in December 2016 speaking of his intent to seek a city council seat in the 2017 election, an alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.700.
