The complaint alleged that Mohammed R. Khan, a first-time candidate for City Council member for the City of Mukilteo in 2015 violated: (1) RCW 42.17A.235 by failing to facilitate a public inspection of the campaign records during the eight-day inspection period prior to the November 3, 2015 general election; and (2) RCW 42.17A.320 by failing to include sponsor identification on political advertisements sponsored by his campaign.
