Description
The complaint alleged the George campaign distributed a flyer without proper sponsor identification as required by RCW 42.17A.320.
Mr. George’s failure to include sponsor identification on one political mailer does not amount to a material violation warranting further action under these circumstances. In accordance with PDC practice, Hunter George will receive a warning letter, reminding him of the need to follow PDC laws and rules.
