Description

The complaint alleges that Jason Chinchilla,a first-time candidate seeking the office of Kirkland City Councilmember in 2015, violated RCW 42.17A.405 by exceeding contribution limits when his campaign received four contributions totaling $3,800 from affiliated limited liability corporations and entities that were associated with Ed Springman. The complaint also alleged the Jason Chinchilla campaign failed to file campaign finance reports electronically as required.
