Description

The Public Disclosure Commission received a complaint on 17 May 2017 alleging that Craig Maloney failed to file for candidate registration despite campaign related activities, such as owning a domain name website that is registered by Contract Privacy. The complaint alleges that Craig Maloney used the Contract Privacy website as a domain registrant in order to conceal the identify of his campaign as the true domain registrant and to avoid publishing the information as maintained by https://whois.icann.org.
