Description
The complaint alleges that Chris Hurst alleging that Chris
Hurst violated: (1) RCW 42.17A.710 by failing to properly fill out his F-1; (2)
RCW 42.17A.305 by failing to include sponsor information on his letter against
Darrel Dickson, dated August 21, 2015, and; (3) Hurst exceeded the allowable
amount of in-kind donations to his daughter’s campaign by sponsoring a
political attack letter mailed to all Enumclaw registered voters and setting up
a website attacking Councilmember Dickson.
