The complaint alleging that Save Our Choice PAC, a local ballot measure committee formed to support overturning a City of Issaquah plastic bag ban on the February 11, 2014 special election ballot violated: (1) RCW 42.17A.205 by failing to timely register as a ballot measure committee in opposition to the plastic bag ban; and (2) RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 by failing to timely file campaign finance reports disclosing contribution and expenditure activities.
