Description
The complaint alleged John Hopkins may have violated RCW 42.17A.710 by failing to accurately disclose financial interests on a Personal Financial Affairs Statement (F-1) and F-1 Supplement Page filed in 2017, covering 2016 activity.
Staff has determined that in this instance, the failure to list 109 W Pioneer and both legal addresses for Main Street Investments does not amount to an actual violation warranting further investigation. PDC staff is reminding John Hopkins about the importance of reviewing PDC guidance regarding information to list on the F-1 and F-1 Supplement.
Based on this information, the PDC finds that no further action is warranted and has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
