Description
The complaint alleged Jennifer Gregerson may have violated of RCW 42.17A.550 and .555 by using public funds to support a campaign-related event and using public facilities to host a campaign-related event.
Jennifer Gregerson stated “I believe that Mr. Matthews has confused two events. One was a city sponsored lunch in April at City Hall, and the other was a candidate event that I participated in at the Rosehill Community Center, that had nothing to do with any city funding."
The PDC has dismissed this matter in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1) and will not conduct a more formal investigation into these allegations or take further enforcement action in this matter.
