The complaint alleges that Citizens for Progress Enterprise Washington may have violated RCW 42.17A.420 by accepting over-limit contributions within twenty-one days of the November 7, 2017 general election.  The complaint alleges that the Respondent accepted a contribution of $235,000 from Enterprise Washington's Jobs PAC on October 16, 2017, which is within 21 days of the general election, when the limit is $5,000.
