Description

A complaint was filed against Cary Moon, a candidate for Mayor of Seattle in 2017, alleging violations of: (1) RCW 42.17A.235 for failure to timely report a pledged contribution to cover debts and obligations owed to Moxie Media, the campaign consultant and vendor; (2) RCW 42.17A.420 by accepting over-limit contributions within 21-days of the general election in the form of pledges from the candidate to cover the value of Moxie Media debts and obligations; and (3) RCW 42.17A.420 by accepting an over-limit contribution within 21-days of the general election in the form of a loan from Moxie Media.
