On October 18, 2017, the Public Disclosure Commission received a complaint alleging that Jacquelin Maycumber, a candidate for State Representative for Legislative District 7, may have violated RCW 42.17A.220 for failure to deposit contributions within five business days of receipt and RCW 42.17A.235 for failure to timely and accurately file Monetary Contribution reports (C-3 reports) disclosing contributions and deposits on behalf of the campaign.
PDC staff reviewed the complaint and found no evidence to support a finding of a violation warranting further investigation.
Based on this information, PDC staff dismissed the complaint in accordance with RCW 42.17A.755(1).
