Description
This complaint alleged that Tacoma City Council and the City Clerk violated RCW 42.17A.555 by allowing Alex Tsimerman to use public facilities to promote his political campaign during the Council's public comment period.
PDC staff reviewed the allegation and determined that, in this instance, no evidence supported a finding of a material violation warranting further investigation.
The PDC dismissed the matter and did not conduct a more formal investigation into the complaint or pursue further enforcement action in this case.
