The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) has completed its review of the complaint filed by the Washington State Democrats on January 31, 2018. The complaint alleged that Joel Kretz may have violated RCW 42.17A.235 for failure to timely report contributions and expenditures, and RCW 42.17A.220 for failure to timely deposit contributions.
