Description

The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) has completed its review of the complaint filed by Conner Edwards on April 11, 2018. The complaint alleged that Facebook Inc & Mark Zuckerburg  may have violated RCW 42.17A.345 for failure to maintain documents and books of account detailing exact nature and extent of political advertising services rendered, and for failure to present them upon public request.

The PDC has closed the matter, and will not be conducting a more formal investigation into the complaint or pursuing further enforcement action in this case.
