- Colver, Joshua: Alleged Violation of RCW 42.17A.320 for failure to identify political party preference and position. (MAY 2018)
#35733
Joshua Colver
Linda Tosti-Lane
The Public Disclosure Commission (PDC) has completed its review of the complaint filed by Linda Tosti-Lane on May 17, 2018. The complaint alleged that Josh Colver may have violated RCW 42.17A.320 for failure to identity party preference and office position in campaign signs.
Based on our findings, staff has determined that in this instance, the failure to identity party preference and position on yard signs does not support a finding of a material violation warranting further investigation.
The PDC has closed the matter, and will not be conducting a more formal investigation into the complaint or pursuing further enforcement action in this case.
