Description

The complaint alleged that Randall Gaylord, the incumbent San Juan County Prosecutor and a candidate seeking re-election to that office in 2018 may have violated RCW 42.17A.330 by sponsoring political advertising containing a photograph of Mr. Gaylord more than five years old, and that photograph is larger than any other candidate photograph used on Facebook; and RCW 42.17A.335 for sponsoring political advertising that contained a false endorsement from an individual, Ed Gasslee, on the campaign website.
