Description

The complaint alleges that Kim Wyman, candidate for Secretary of State, failed to report campaign expenditures for yard sign in violation of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240.


A Brief Adjudicative Hearing was held on August 25, 2016.  Ms. Wyman was found to be in violation of RCW 42.17A.235 and .240 for late reporting and was assessed a fine of $500 with $250 suspended.
