Jordan, Angel - Alleged violation of RCW 42.17A.205 failure to submit C1 report.

Angel Jordan is a first-time candidate seeking the office of State Representative in the 41st Legislative District in 2016.  Mr. Jordan failed to file a Candidate Registration (C-1 report) and was sent a Brief Enforcement Hearing Notice on July 21, 2016.  

At the August 5, 2016 hearing, the Presiding Officer found Mr. Jordan in violation of RCW 42.17A.205 for failing to file the C-1 report, and assessed a $250 civil penalty in accordance with WAC 390-37-165, payable within 10 days of receiving the Order.  Mr. Jordan requested a reconsideration of the penalty assessed against him, and the Commission amended the initial Order, and suspended the entire $250 penalty on the condition he commits no further violations of RCW 42.17A for four years from the date of the amended Order.
